Overview:
Ideal for use with a variety of medium-to-thick fluids, the 725D pneumatic valve’s rugged construction features an ultra-high molecular weight (UHMW) polyethylene diaphragm that isolates the wetted components from the actuator and provides long wear.
A slight snuff-back at the end of the valve dispensing cycle prevents dripping between shots. All models feature the ability to be mounted in any position.
The 725DA-SS model provides stroke adjustment for both fluid flow and snuff-back control. The 725D-SS model is non-adjustable with fixed stroke travel.

725DA-SS Valve (7021014): Adjustable piston stroke provides fine-tuning of fluid flow rate and pullback volume. UHMW* diaphragm and sealing head. Fluid body and body cap are passivated 303 stainless steel. Includes fluid inlet fittings and dispensing tip kit.
725D-SS Valve (7021009): Fluid body and body cap are passivated 303 stainless steel. UHMW* diaphragm and sealing head. Includes fluid inlet fittings.

Controller
Single-valve controller designed for semi-automated or fully automated dispensing applications, and features an internal control air solenoid.
Multi-valve controller capable of operating up to four dispense valves independently or simultaneously, and features external control air solenoids.
Dual-valve controller supports two independent channels that can drive remote high-speed solenoid valves and incorporates a heating system with spike-and-hold functionality.
