Performus X100
The Performus X100 fluid dispenser features a 0-100 psi (0-7 bar) pressure regulator that handles all fluids.
Performus X15
The Performus X15 fluid dispenser features a 0-15 psi (0-1 bar) pressure regulator that provides greater control when dispensing thin fluids.
Performus I
The Performus I fluid dispenser features a 0-100 psi (0-7 bar) pressure regulator that handles all fluids.
Teach, Timed, and Steady Modes
Performus X100 and X15 units feature vacuum control, a convenient Teach function that makes it simple to set initial shot size, an I/O connection, and universal power supply. They can also be operated in Timed or Steady mode.
When You Don't Need a Timed Shot
Used for operator-controlled dispensing applications that do not require a timed shot, the Performus I handles all fluids to dispense dots, beads, and fills. It features an electric foot pedal, plus vacuum control to keep thin fluids from dripping.
Compatible Fluids
The Performus Series dispensers can be used with nearly any type of assembly fluid. Some materials are so abrasive they would render a dispense valve obsolete within a shift or two. In this case, fluid dispensers are a better option since they dispense from a disposable syringe barrel and dispense tip that are thrown away after each use.
